Terms & Conditions

We hope that you are happy with your Bramble and Mr TWIGG product.

If for any reason you change your mind, or if your product is faulty, you have 7 days, from receiving the item, to return the goods.

The goods must be returned unused, in their original state, and with the original tags . Please email prior to returning, listing the reason for the return.

We are happy to give you a full refund or exchange.

 

Please note we cannot refund postage on returned items.

You are responsible for posting the goods back to us and ensuring that they reach us. We recommend you send them signed for. You are responsible for any goods that do not reach us, so be sure to retain proof of postage.
